Sweet Staycation Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup LaCroix Apricot
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz lime juice 1 1/2 oz coconut milk
- Shredded coconut and agave, for rim
- Edible flower, for garnish
- Lime slice, for garnish
- Mint, for garnish
Directions
Toast shredded coconut on a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until golden brown. Place in a shallow dish. Drizzle agave on the rim of a glass and roll in the toasted coconut until coated. Add apricot jam, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut milk and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice. If desired, garnish with an edible flower, mint sprig and lime slice.
