Ruby Marti-no
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup LaCroix Pamplemousse
- 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Grapefruit, for garnish
- Basil, for garnish
- Edible flower, for garnish
Directions
Add grapefruit juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, olive oil and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass. Top with LaCroix Pamplemousse. Drizzle with olive oil.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice, basil sprig and edible flower.
