Gilded Guava Sparkler

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup LaCroix Guava Sao Paulo
  • 1 1/2 oz guava juice
  • 1 oz lemonade
  • 1/4 tsp rosewater
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • Edible gold luster dust
  • Gold rimming glitter
  • Edible flower, for garnish


Directions

Prepare Golden Ice Balls: Sprinkle gold luster dust into ice mold. Use a brush to spread

evenly over the surface of the spheres. Carefully pour lemonade into the mold. Freeze 8

hours or until frozen solid. Remove from mold. Add gold rimming glitter to a shallow dish. Brush agave on the rim of a coupe glass. Roll the rim in the glitter until coated. Add guava juice, lemonade, rosewater and golden ice ball to a coupe glass. Fill glass with LaCroix Guava Sao Paulo. Garnish with an edible flower.
