Christmas Cookie Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup LaCroix Limoncello
- 1 1/2 oz coconut milk (from carton not canned)
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz honey syrup
- Dash almond extract
- Dash pure vanilla extract
- Red and green sprinkles, for garnish
- Mint, for garnish
Directions
1. Add coconut milk, lemon juice, egg white, honey, almond extract, vanilla extract and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled.
2. Pour mixture into a collins glass. Let the foam settle for 1 minute. Slowly pour LaCroix Limoncello into the glass, allowing the foam to raise over the side of the glass.
3. If desired, garnish with a mint sprig and top with sprinkles.
