Berry Merry Spritz

Special Equipment

  • Donut pan for wreath ice

Mocktail Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup LaCroix Razz-Cran
  • 3/4 oz elderflower syrup
  • 1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Wreath Ice Ingredients

  • Cranberries
  • Raspberries
  • Rosemary
  • Water

Directions

Wreath Ice
1. Cut rosemary into 1 inch pieces.
2. Fill each donut mold with cranberries, raspberries and rosemary. Fill with water. Freeze for 6 hours or until frozen solid.

Mocktail
1. Add elderflower syrup, cranberry juice, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.
2. Add wreath ice to a coupe glass. Strain mocktail mixture into the glass. Top with LaCroix Razz-Cran.
