Beachy Lychee Plum Mocktini
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz coconut water
- 1 ½ oz lychee syrup
- ¼ oz meyer lemon juice
- ⅓ LaCroix Beach Plum
- Plum slice, for garnish
- Lychee, for garnish
Directions
To a shaker, add coconut water, lychee syrup, lemon juice, ice, and shake until chilled. Pour into a martini glass. Top with LaCroix Beach Plum. Garnish with plum and lychee and enjoy!
